Japan: Nippon to integrate and re-organize steel works

Nippon Steel, a major steel producing company of Japan is going to integrate and reorganise its different units into four steel works by 01 Apr’20. As per the press release issued by the Nippon Steel Corporation, the restructuring of these units is being carried out as a part of organisational and operational review.
-The Kashima Works, Kimitsu Works, Kamaishi Works of Bar and Wire Rods Unit and Naoetsu Works of Titanium Unit will be integrated asEast Japan Works. -The Kansai Workswill be integrated and reorganised with the Wakayama works, Amagasaki works of Pipe and Tube Unit and Osaka Steel Works of Railway, Automative and Machinery parts Unit. -The Kure Works, Sakai
