NBS: China’s Oct ROM iron ore output stabilizes on month

Run-of-mine (ROM) iron ore output at Chinese mines remained generally steady in October, inching up by just 677,000 tonnes or 0.9% on month to 78 million tonnes, but still 3.2% higher than during the same month last year, according to the latest statistics from China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
The Octoberresult also took ROM iron ore output during first tenmonths to 711.6million tonnes, up by 6.5% on year, the NBS statistics showed.
