WEEKLY: China SiMn prices surge, sentiment improving

Chinese silicomanganese prices enjoyed a sharp rise over the past week following the rapid increase in manganese ore prices during that period, as major Mn ore mines in South Africa joined the country’s 21-day nationwide lockdown over March 26-April 16 called to control the spread of COVID-19, Mysteel Global learned.
