WEEKLY: China HRC FOB price falls on global softening

China’s steel export prices declined for the fourth week over March 28-April 3 following the tumbles in the global steel prices, and the export volume stayed slack as global demand has seriously been disturbed by the COVID-19, Mysteel Global learnt from market sources on Wednesday.
