Japan’s Kyoei rolls over rebar prices for August sales

Kyoei Steel, Japan’s largest rebar producer, will keep its August rebar prices unchanged from July but remains determined to lift prices as soon as market conditions allow, the Osaka-based mini-mill announced on July 15.
