Total imported iron ore port stocks at China’s 45 ports under Mysteel’s weekly survey eased for the fourth week over November 27-December 3, dipping by 1.6 million tonnes or 1.3% on week to about 124.5 million tonnes, mainly due to the lower arrival of new iron ore shipments at these ports.
Over November 23-29, iron ore arrival volume at these 45 Chinese ports hit a two-month low of around 22 million tonnes, or down for the second week by 1 million tonnes or 4.4% on week, according to Mysteel’s shipment tracking, which offset any impact of slower daily discharge rate from
