NBS: China’s CPI up 0.6%, PPI up 5.7% for Jan-Jul


By July, both China’s Producer Price Index (PPI) and Consumer Price Index (CPI) grew at a faster pace than the first half of this year, with the former up 5.7% and the latter up 0.6% on year, as the two indices posted gains on month too last month, according to the latest data from the country’s National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on August 9.
