Japan’s Osaka Steel lifts Sept section prices by $18/t


Osaka Steel, Japan’s largest steel section producer and a subsidiary of Nippon Steel, will add Yen 2,000/tonne ($18t) onto its section list prices for September domestic sales, which has been the fourth monthly price increment to pass on higher input costs, a company official confirmed on August 26.
