Over January-October, the on-year growths in both China's total fixed asset investment (FAI) and that for property market slowed from the first nine months, as former grew 6.1% to Yuan 44.6 trillion ($7 trillion) against the 7.3% on-year rise up to September, and the latter increased 7.2% to Yuan 12.5 trillion, lower than the 8.8%% on-year rise for January-September, according to the release by the country's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on November 15.
China's FAI and the investment in the property market had been decelerating in on-year growths so far this year, though over January-October, the funding from the privately-owned enterprises was still the core contributor though also at a lower 8.5% on-year growth to approximately Yuan 25.4 trillion, or accounting for 57.1%
