NBS: China's Jan-Nov FAI up 5.2%, property up 6%


Over January-November, China's fixed asset investment (FAI) increased 5.2% on year to about Yuan 49.4 trillion ($7.8 trillion), among the total, the funding in the property market grew 6% on year to Yuan 13.7 trillion, both having their on-year growths down from 6.1% and 7.2% respectively over January-October, Mysteel Global noted from the data released by the country's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on December 15.
Over January-November, the growth in FAI was lowest so far for 2021, though privately-owned enterprises remained the dominant contributor with Yuan 28.1 trillion, up 7.7% on year and accounting for 56.9% of the total, and the country's tertiary industry attracted the most funding among three industrial sectors, approximating Yuan 33 trillion
