WEEKLY: China's domestic iron ore conc prices mixed


After prices had been generally weak during the prior two weeks, there was some disparity in offering prices of domestic iron ore concentrates across China over July 25-29, according to Mysteel's survey. Miners in Tangshan in North China's Hebei lifted their prices on improved sentiment there, while prices in regions such as East China's Shandong kept falling due to buyers' weak demand, sources said.
As of July 29, the offering price of 66% Fe grade domestic iron ore concentrates in Tangshan had climbed to Yuan 866/dmt ($128.3/dmt) EXW and including the 13% VAT, rising by Yuan 25/dmt on week and bringing an end to six weeks of declines, Mysteel's assessment showed.   Last week, domestic iron ore
