Tin concentrate treatment charges (TCs) in mainstream markets are Yuan 12,000/t (grade 60%) and Yuan 16,000/t (grade 40%), which are expected to decrease further in the short term on a tight supply of China's domestic tin concentrate, according to Mysteel's survey.

China's domestic tin ore was in short supply currently, and the end of rainy season in Myanmar has led to a reduction in transportation costs. Therefore, imports of tin ore from Myanmar will increase month-on-month in November, meeting the domestic demand for tin ore to a certain extent. Some smelters in Yunnan province decreased TCs to actively purchase from the market, and individual smelters quoted Yuan 11,000/t (grade 60%).
