WEEKLY: China's wash-plant met coal output rises

The total output of processed coking coal from the 110 wash plants under Mysteel's weekly survey rose by 17,400 tonnes/day on week to 599,960 t/d over September 18-24. The increase reflected active production among most independent washeries and miner-affiliated plants after that observed that coking coal purchases from buyers were becoming firmer, survey respondents said.
