MYSTEEL: China qualified yards' scrap inventories rise steadily

Ferrous scrap inventories sitting in scrap yards across China increased markedly this month, with dealers accelerating their scrap collection to meet expanding demand from steelmakers, Mysteel's latest survey showed.
