Seasonal slowdown to shrink China's Nov construction steel buying

As November ushers in colder weather throughout most of China, a seasonal slowdown in construction activities is impacting steel demand, with work on jobsites slowing or even coming to a standstill in northern regions. At the same time, in some southern regions less affected by the climate, local contractors are speeding up construction on projects to meet year-end deadlines, according to Mysteel's latest report on the sector.
