WEEKLY: China's rebar output falls after CNY

Rebar production among the 137 Chinese steel producers under Mysteel's tracking fell during the week of February 6-12, China's the first week back at work after the conclusion of the Chinese New Year (CNY) holiday, with the volume slipping by 3.1% or 56,500 tonnes on week to 1.78 million tonnes, the results of Mysteel's weekly survey show.

Most mini-mills had halted operations before the CNY break and their production was yet to recover during the survey week.
