It's likely that the prices of electrolytic cobalt will fluctuate in the short term. On one hand, the anticipation of supply tightness due to the export quota system for cobalt mines in the Democratic Republic of Congo persists, coupled with the rise in international cobalt prices providing support to the domestic market. On the other hand, the domestic inventory of electrolytic cobalt is high, leading to lower transaction prices.
