China spot LNG delivery price averaged at Yuan 6,399/tonne on February 1, down Yuan 70/t from previous trading day.
Imported LNG ex-terminal price was at Yuan 7,087/t, down Yuan 166/t from previous trading day. Downstream demand improved slightly, but has not yet recovered to the pre-holiday level.
LNG sales volume by truck at coastal terminals was 13,545 tonnes on January 31, an increase of 6.26% from previous trading day. That in East China was 5,271 tonnes, up 1.21%, 3,129 tonnes in South China, keeping stable from last day, and 4,473 tonnes in North China, up 13.3% from previous trading day, according to OilChem's data.
Domestic LNG ex-work price was Yuan 6,050/t in North China's Inner Mongolia, down Yuan 50/t from previous trading day, weighed down by falling imported LNG price and limited downstream demand, data from OilChem showed.
