Recently, the annual processing of 50,000 tonnes of lithium-ion battery scrap recycling project at Guizhou Xingmao New Materials Co., Ltd. has been officially put into operation! It's reported that the project started construction in February 2023, with a total investment of Yuan 400 million. After the project is fully completed and put into operation, it can process 50,000 tonnes of retired power lithium-ion batteries annually, including 30,000 tonnes of recycled NCM batteries and 20,000 tonnes of recycled LFP batteries; It can also produce related series of battery materials such as cobalt, nickel, lithium, manganese, and recycle copper and aluminum waste metal and leaching residue (carbon powder).
