Taiwan Feng Hsin's rebar, scrap prices fall again

Feng Hsin Steel, Taiwan's largest rebar producer headquartered in Taichung in central Taiwan, has decided to lower its rebar list prices and local scrap buying prices for business discussions during the November 18-22 week, according to a company official.

With the latest adjustment, the mini-mill is offering its 13mm dia rebar at TWD 18,400/tonne ($567/t) EXW for transactions till this Friday, down for a second week by another TWD 200/t, while its procurement price for local HMS 1&2 80:20 scrap is now lower by TWD 300/t on week
