Chinalco, FAW ink strategic co-op agreement to drive EV and materials innovation
The two Chinese state-owned enterprises will collaborate in a wide range of areas including joint construction of technology research and innovation platforms, material lightweighting, digital and intelligent development, and transportation service model research, according to FAW Group's announcement.
"The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement marks a significant milestone in the collaboration between Chinalco and FAW Group," stated Chinalco president Duan Xiangdong.
The pair's comprehensive partnership aims to contribute to the establishment of a modern industrial system and promote the high-quality development of the electric vehicles and new materials industries, the announcement added.
