CISA: Members' daily steel output falls 5.6% in early March

Daily crude steel output among the member mills of the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) took a pause in the first ten days of March from the steady rises witnessed since early January, CISA's latest release on March 13 shows. Daily output in early March declined by 5.6% or 127,000 tonnes/day from late February to average 2.13 million t/d, the data indicated.

Compared with the same period last year, the members' daily output during March 1-10 was still higher by 2.4% though, CISA notes.
