On March 24, BYD announced the release of its 2024 annual report summary. The company reported operating revenue of Yuan 777.102 billion, a year-on-year increase of 29.02%, and net profit attributable to shareholders of Yuan 40.254 billion, up 34.00% YoY. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of Yuan 39.74 per 10 shares (tax inclusive) to all shareholders.
Its core businesses include new energy vehicles (NEVs), mobile handset components and assembly services, as well as secondary rechargeable batteries and photovoltaic products.
Note: With Q3 net profit at Yuan 11.61 billion, Q4 net profit reached Yuan 15.02 billion, reflecting a 29.37% quarter-on-quarter growth.
