ABSTRACT
China's imported iron ore pellet premium will enter a downward trend in late March, when facing a growing supply of pellets in China's market while steelmakers' appetite for imported cargoes may cool given their decreasing cost-effectiveness, according to Mysteel's assessment.
In fact, Mysteel's 65% Fe iron ore pellet premium against 62% Fe Australian fines has averaged $19.8/dmt so far in this month, falling by $0.48/dmt from January's average and a large $38.4/dmt on year.   Currently, China's overall supply of iron ore pellets has already hovered at a high level, according
