Against the backdrop that China is advancing its mission of peaking carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060, the country's home appliance manufacturers should seek effective ways to reduce their carbon emissions in industrial chains, noted Jiao Limin, a senior engineer with China Household Electric Appliances Research Institute (CHEARI).
