Daily: China LNG price dips with a rise in inventory

China spot LNG delivery price averaged at Yuan 5,877/tonne on March 8, down Yuan 105/t from previous trading day.

 

Imported LNG ex-terminal price was at Yuan 6,158/t today, down Yuan 26/t from previous trading day, affected by weak demand.

 

LNG sales volume by truck at coastal terminals was 23,142 tonnes on March 7, down by 3.09% from the last trading day. That was 10,773 tonnes in East China, up by 4.06%, and 8,148 tonnes in South China, down by 0.26%, and 4,053 tonnes in North China, up by 9.66%, according to OilChem's data.

 

Domestic LNG wholesale price tended downwards in Northwest China, on increasing inventory.
