DAILY: China's rebar prices inch up, sales recover

China's national price of HRB400E 20mm dia rebar was assessed by Mysteel at Yuan 3,800/tonne ($521/t) including the 13% VAT on September 11, inching up by Yuan 1/t from last Friday thanks to the better sales in the physical market.
