Imported Iron Ore Price Trading
Chinese prices of imported iron ore for both port inventories and seaborne cargoes continued rising on November 4, while portside trading also improved markedly.
On Friday, Mysteel PORTDEX 62% Australian Fines in Qingdao rose by Yuan 23/wmt ($3.2/wmt) on day to reach Yuan 681/wmt FOT and including the 13% VAT. Mysteel SEADEX 62% Australian Fines also increased by $4.7/dmt from Thursday to $87.8/dmt CFR Qingdao.   Traders became more active in selling their iron ore
