WEEKLY: China's iron ore port stocks slide to 128 million t

Inventories of imported iron ore at China's 45 major ports included in Mysteel's survey retreated to 127.9 million tonnes as of June 21, down by 569,600 tonnes from June 15, as new ore arrivals were lower while daily discharge of the steelmaking material increased at these ports.

Mysteel's shipment survey showed that the same 45 ports received around 21.8 million tonnes of iron ore deliveries over June 12-18, some 1.3 million tonnes or 5.7% less than the prior week.
