Supply and Demand:
Downstream ternary precursor manufactures purchased on rigid demand.
The prices of nickel sulphate hardly climbed amid the slowly recovering demand of ternary precursor and expected arrivals of nickel sulphate from Indonesia, in addition to the sales promotion of nickel sulfate by integrated ternary precursor manufactures who had enough raw materials.
In the short term, the prices of nickel sulfate will stay firm owing to the cost support of MHP, especially in the retail market; but in the long run, the prices lack momentum as MHP production will ramp up quickly in Indonesia.
