Tokyo Steel holds product prices for September

Despite expressing optimism that the domestic steel market is likely to improve in future, on Monday Tokyo Steel Manufacturing, Japan's largest independent mini-mill, announced that it was keeping its product prices for September sales unchanged. The Tokyo-based mini-mill has held its prices for seven straight months now, Mysteel Global notes.
