Price spread between 66% domestic concentrates and IOCJ narrows significantly

As of July 11, the price spread between 66% domestic concentrates and IOCJ narrowed by Yuan 21/tonne on-week to Yuan 30/tonne, with both products posting varying degrees of price gains.

In particular, IOCJ prices rose by Yuan 26/tonne on-week to Yuan 841/tonne as of July 10, primarily due to recently improving demand for high-grade fines. In contrast, domestic concentrate prices increased by only Yuan 5/tonne on-week to Yuan 871/tonne, reflecting relatively weaker market demand and reduced cost-effectiveness versus imported
