DAILY: China's 7th met coke price increase materializes

Chinese metallurgical coke producers succeeded in pressing their steelmaker customers to accept a new Yuan 50-55/tonne ($7-7.7/t) hike in their procurement prices for all types of met coke, effective August 22, marking materialization of the seventh price hike since July 17 across the country, Mysteel Global notes.
