WEEKLY: China's rebar output rebounds by 3% WoW

After dropping for the previous two weeks, China's rebar output rose during October 16-22, with the combined tonnage produced by the 137 Chinese steel mills under Mysteel's tracking reaching 2.07 million tonnes, up by 2.9% or 59,100 tonnes on week, according to Mysteel's latest weekly survey.

Another Mysteel survey showed the rebar rolling capacity utilization rate among the mills rising 1.3 percentage points on week to 45.4% and the operational rate climbing by 1.6 percentage points on week to 43%.
