DAILY: Chinese imported iron ore prices strengthen, trading slows

Chinese prices for imported iron ore firmed on October 27 in both the portside and seaborne markets, while trading activity in both markets slowed.

On Monday, Mysteel PORTDEX 62% Australian Fines in Qingdao rose by Yuan 14/wmt ($2/wmt) from last Friday to Yuan 795/wmt FOT and including the 13% VAT.
