China's Tsingshan keeps FeCr bid flat for November

China's Tsingshan Group has kept its bid price for high-carbon ferrochrome (HC FeCr) for November delivery unchanged, nominating this at Yuan 8,495/tonne (50% Cr basis), or $1,197/t, including tax, the company announced recently.
