Updates on environmental production restrictions at Handan steel mills

According to the Handan Municipal Ecological and Environmental Bureau, the city activated a Level II emergency response for severe polluted weather at 12:00 PM on December 14. Steel producers in the area are now required to adhere to strict production curtailment measures.
