The nickel ore market was relatively calm, and the price of nickel ore remained stable. Due to increased rainfall, some delays were observed in recent loading and shipping efficiency.Yesterday, SHFE nickel prices rose initially before retreating, with overall spot trading for refined nickel remaining muted. Jinchuan electrolytic nickel resources were scarce, making spot material difficult to find in the market. Amid high premiums, traders were cautious in procuring goods. Coinciding with year-end settlement, many traders preferred to wait until after the New Year's Day holiday to resume purchasing. Premiums/discounts for CNGR and Sumitomo resources edged slightly higher, while those for other brands remained largely stable.
