DAILY: Chinese imported iron ore prices mixed, sales rise

Prices for China’s imported iron ore largely rose in the portside market on January 5 compared with levels recorded before the January 1-3 New Year holiday, while those in the seaborne market dropped. Trading activity rebounded sharply in the two markets.
