WEEKLY: China's iron ore stocks at 45 ports surpass 160 mln t

Total stockpiles of imported iron ore across China's 45 major ports under Mysteel's regular tracking had risen for the seventh straight week as of January 8, with the amount growing by another 3 million tonnes or 1.9% on week to 162.7 million tonnes -- close to the record high of 162.8 million tonnes set in March 2018, according to the latest survey results.
