Lithium Daily: Lithium prices volatile with demand outlook still bullish

On the demand end, in early January, domstic electric vehicles sales showed palpable year-on-year decline due to the reduction of the vehicle purchase tax exemption. Nevertheless, influenced by the export tax rebate adjustment, the ternary battery sector has witnessed a rush to export, leading to an increase in production scheduling. However, the lithium iron phosphate battery sector has not yet seen a substantial surge due to the export rush, though the orders were already robust. Moving forward, close attention should be paid to the actual fulfillment of demand that has been front-loaded into the first quarter.
