China's zinc prices continued trending down on February 5, with the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) zinc main contract closing price decreasing by Yuan 490/tonne day on day to Yuan 24,395/tonne. Macro sentiment cooled and geopolitical conflicts eased, coupled with soft downstream demand ahead of the China's New Year (CNY)
