From a fundamental perspective, Indonesia is accelerating its B50 biodiesel testing, boosting palm oil prices. On the soybean oil front, the market remains concerned about potential supply constraints due to customs clearance issues for soybeans, given the current low inventory levels. This has led to relatively strong performance in both soybean meal and oil prices. Rapeseed oil, however, lacks a clear driving factor.On the spot market, crushers are offering combined Jun-September forward basis quotes while increasing procurement for the April-June period. However, traders and downstream buyers remain hesitant to accept forward basis quotes at current levels.
