However, the prices of cobalt sulfate and cobalt chloride continued to be unchanged at Yuan 95,000/t-98,000/t and 115,000-120,000/t respectively.China's cobalt sulfate and cobalt chloride market saw subsided trading, with overall prices remaining flat. Meanwhile, downstream inquiries were made based on cost. However, under the pressure of rising upstream costs, a strong standoff emerged between upstream cost pressures and weakening downstream demand. Low-priced transactions found it difficult to push lower, and cobalt salt prices are expected to remain stable this week.
