China's steel industry regulatory conditions (2025 edition): first batch announcement and the formal implementation of the two-tier classification system

On February 25, China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released the first batch of enterprises compliant with the Steel Industry Regulatory Conditions (2025 Edition) (MIIT Announcement No. 1, 2025).
