DAILY: China's imported iron ore prices, trading both increase

Chinese prices of imported iron ore ended their slide since June 18 to post small rises in both the portside and seaborne markets on June 24, while trading activity also improved in both.

On Wednesday, Mysteel PORTDEX 62% Australian Fines in Qingdao was assessed at Yuan 708/wmt ($104/wmt) FOT including the 13% VAT, up by Yuan 5/wmt on day and negating the previous day's fall. The same day, Mysteel SEADEX 62% Australian Fines also edged up by $0.65/dmt from Tuesday to $99.75/dmt
