Coal exports from Colombia -- a major thermal coal exporter worldwide -- in May staged a notable recovery from the eight-month trough recorded in the previous month, but railway disruptions continued to constrain coal shipments and kept export volumes at historically subdued levels for the month, Mysteel Global finds.
