In addition, the market price of cobalt chloride declined Yuan 4,000/tonne to Yuan 89,000-91,000/tonne, while that of cobalt sulfate remained stable at Yuan 75,000/t-79,000/tonne.Yesterday, the cobalt chloride and cobalt sulfate markets continued their overall weak and volatile pattern, with prices edging down and trading activity remaining sluggish.For cobalt sulfate, actual transaction prices settled below offers. Downstream ternary precursor producers have pushed their target purchase prices down to below Yuan 75,000/tonne. While primary smelters' offers remained relatively firm, recyclers, aiming to accelerate cash turnover, maintained their lowest offer levels at Yuan 80,000-81,000/tonne.For cobalt chloride, trading activity was relatively subdued, with downstream buying largely confined to rigid needs.
