In the 33rd week of 2026, soybean inventories at major domestic oil mills edged down slightly, while soymeal stocks rose and outstanding contracts declined. Soybean inventories stood at 7,928,800 tonnes, down 59,600 tonnes or 0.75% from the previous week, and up 1,124,800 tonnes or 16.53% year-on-year. Soymeal stocks came in at 1,153,800 tonnes, up 63,500 tonnes or 5.82% week-on-week, and up 139,100 tonnes or 13.71% year-on-year. Outstanding soymeal contracts (unfulfilled sales agreements) totaled 5,568,000 tonnes, down 995,500 tonnes or 15.17% from the previous week, and down 188,200 tonnes or 3.27% year-on-year.
