WEEKLY: China's iron ore port stocks decline amid typhoon disruption

Inventories of imported iron ore stockpiled at China's 47 major ports dropped to a month low of 171.3 million tonnes by September 3, down by 2.44 million tonnes or 1.4% on week, though the total remained 18.8% higher than the year-ago level.
